LogOffVPN is a privacy-first service. We believe your online activity is your business, not ours. This policy explains what minimal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

2. What We Do NOT Collect (No-Logs Policy)

When you use our VPN service, we do not collect, store, or log:

• Your browsing history or the content of your traffic
• DNS queries
• Your originating IP address when connected
• Connection timestamps or session durations
• Bandwidth usage per session
• The VPN server IP assigned to you

We have no way to link any internet activity to a specific user.

3. What We DO Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to operate the Service:

• Account information: Email address and hashed password, used for authentication. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Subscription data: Plan type, billing period, subscription status, and trial eligibility — stored to manage your access.
• Payment processing: Handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your full card number.
• Device registrations: Device names you choose to register, so you can manage connected devices from your dashboard.
• Support communications: If you contact us, we retain the correspondence to resolve your issue.

4. Email Service Data

If you use a LogOffVPN email account (@logoffvpn.com), we store your email messages and attachments to deliver the service. Email content is accessible only to you. We do not scan, read, or analyze the content of your emails for advertising or any other purpose.

5. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used exclusively to:

• Provide and maintain the VPN and email services
• Authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• Process payments through Stripe
• Communicate with you about your account (e.g., billing, security notices)
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored in encrypted databases with access restricted to essential service operations. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. VPN connection data is never retained because it is never collected in the first place.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Delete your account and associated data
