1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LogOffVPN (the "Service"), operated at logoffvpn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LogOffVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through secure servers. Depending on your subscription plan, the Service may also include privacy-focused email accounts on the @logoffvpn.com domain and access to desktop and mobile applications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

LogOffVPN offers monthly, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans. All plans are billed in advance for the chosen term. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Free trial periods, when offered, are available to new subscribers only and are non-repeatable.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any destructive code.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) through our email service.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. No-Logs Policy

LogOffVPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, or store your browsing activity, connection timestamps, DNS queries, IP addresses, or traffic data while connected to our VPN servers.

8. Email Service

If your subscription includes an email account (@logoffvpn.com), the same acceptable use rules apply. Email accounts are provided as-is and are subject to reasonable storage limits. We reserve the right to suspend email accounts used for spam or abuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with LogOffVPN are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogOffVPN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
